Condo Desk combines the core features for managing residential buildings with an AI agent that answers residents on WhatsApp and on the portal. The property manager always stays in control: repairs, reminders and important notices go out only after their approval.

Office dashboard

Overview: open reports, payments received, arrears, items awaiting approval and a log of everything the agent has done.
Reports and repairs: the agent classifies category, location and urgency and suggests the contractor; the workflow goes from approved to assigned, in progress and closed, with a full history.
Residents and ownership shares: residents, units, budget allocated by ownership shares and quarterly instalments.
Instalments and reminders: recording of payments; reminders for overdue instalments are written by the agent and sent after your approval.
Contractors, notices and documents: notices prepared by the agent from templates, documents visible by role (everyone, board members, office only).

Residents’ portal

Each resident sees their instalments with IBAN and payment reference, the building notice board, the documents allowed for their role and the progress of their reports, and can open new ones.

Agent on WhatsApp

It recognises who is writing and which building they belong to.
For a fault it opens a report, or links it to one already open for the same problem.
On instalments and balance it replies with up-to-date amounts and due dates.
On the building rules it replies by citing the article.
On meetings and report status it replies from the office’s data; everything else is forwarded to the property manager.
When the office approves or closes a repair, the resident is updated automatically.
