Any system with an API, an accessible database or a file export: ERP, CRM, e-commerce, ticketing, email, document archives. Where needed we use MCP connectors or build a dedicated integration.
Yes. The agent only accesses the data and actions you authorise, every operation is logged, and models can run in a European cloud or on your own servers. With the providers we use, data sent through the API is not used to train models.
A prototype on real data usually takes 2–3 weeks after one week of analysis. Full integration in production takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of systems to connect.
From 20 January 2027 the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies: instructions must accompany the machine in a language easily understood by users, as determined by each country where it is sold. With Sheaf you prepare complete technical documentation in 14 languages, with layout, codes and measurements identical to the original.
