Sheaf
Technical documentation in a single file, in 14 languages, always easy to find
Ready for the 2027 Machinery Regulation
Word · PDF · Excel · 14 languages · Searchable archive

Manuals, diagrams, spare parts lists and declarations scattered across dozens of files become a single, orderly file, translated and ready to deliver. Sheaf is built for manufacturing technical documentation.
How it works
- You drag in the machine’s folder: Word, PDF and Excel together. Subfolders become the sections of the file.
- You choose from the 14 available languages, or archive without translating and decide later.
- You download one file per language plus the original: cover, clickable index, continuous page numbering and bookmarks. A single document is also available in Word.
An archive that works for you
- Ask in plain language “where is the VF100 pneumatic diagram uploaded this year” and you find the file right away.
- Add, remove or reorder documents in a file already delivered: index and numbering update themselves and you only pay for the new pages.
- Translate an archived document later, without uploading it again.
Why it’s different from a translator
- Layout and tables stay as in the original; codes, serial numbers and measurements are left untouched.
- The company glossary and the correction memory keep your technical terms consistent across all files.
- Protected access, data kept separate for each customer, and documents never used to train AI models.
From 20 January 2027 the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 requires instructions to accompany the machine in a language easily understood by users, as determined by each country where it is sold. Write to us and we’ll try Sheaf on one of your document folders.
